These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ITFlow platform, website, and services provided at https://itflowapp.com (the “Service”).
ITFlow provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT companies with a cloud-based platform to manage clients, analyse ticketing data, generate AI-powered service reports, and automate report delivery.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ITFlow governing your access to and use of the ITFlow platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and in such cases, “you” and “your” refer to both you as an individual and that entity.
ITFlow provides a cloud-based IT operations reporting platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT companies. The Service includes the following features:
Client management tools for storing and organising client company information, contacts, and reporting preferences.
Ticket data import functionality that allows you to upload ticketing data exported from your Professional Services Automation (PSA) system for analysis.
AI-powered report generation that analyses your uploaded ticket data, calculates key performance indicators, and produces executive summaries and recommendations in a professional business format.
Automated and manual report delivery via email to your nominated client recipients, using branding and contact details you configure.
Subscription management, including plan selection, billing, and usage tracking.
ITFlow may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice. ITFlow will use reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and company details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
You must promptly notify ITFlow of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach of which you become aware. ITFlow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.
You may invite additional users to your account as team members. You are responsible for all activity undertaken by users you invite, and you must ensure that each invited user complies with these Terms.
ITFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
ITFlow offers subscription plans with varying features, usage limits, and pricing. The current plans and their pricing are:

All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. You authorise ITFlow to charge the recurring subscription fee to your nominated payment method each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled.
Subscription plans are subject to usage limits. If you exceed the client or report generation limits of your plan, ITFlow may restrict further use of the affected feature until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. The Service enforces these limits at the point of creation or generation.
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated based on the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under Australian tax law, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian consumer law.
ITFlow offers a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan to new subscribers, allowing you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
During the trial period, you will have access to the features included in the Professional plan. No charge will be applied to your payment method during the trial period.
To activate a free trial, you must provide a valid payment method. This payment method will be used to commence your paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You may cancel your free trial at any time before the trial end date to avoid being charged. If you cancel during the trial period, you will retain access to the Service until the trial end date, after which your account will be deactivated.
If you do not cancel before the trial end date, your paid subscription will begin automatically and the first monthly fee will be charged to your payment method.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other person from using or enjoying the Service. You must not:

ITFlow reserves the right to investigate violations of these acceptable use requirements and to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who breaches these terms. ITFlow may report violations to law enforcement authorities where required by law.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service, including client information, ticketing data, generated reports, and any other content you create or store within the platform (“Customer Data”).
You grant ITFlow a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, and store your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including analysing ticket data, generating reports, and delivering reports to your nominated recipients.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the Customer Data you upload. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate executive summaries, recommendations, and other report content based on the ticket data you provide.
AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models that analyse patterns in data and generate natural language responses. These models may produce content that is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the underlying data.
ITFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sending reports to your clients or relying on the content for any purpose. ITFlow is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
The AI models used by ITFlow may be updated, modified, or replaced from time to time, which may result in changes to the style, tone, or content of generated reports.
The Service, including its software, design, features, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by ITFlow and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for the duration of your active subscription, solely for your internal business purposes.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by ITFlow without restriction or obligation to you.
ITFlow strives to maintain the Service in a reliable and accessible manner. However, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and ITFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond ITFlow’s control. ITFlow will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
ITFlow may suspend access to the Service in the event of emergency maintenance, security incidents, or to comply with legal requirements. ITFlow will restore the Service as soon as reasonably practicable.
ITFlow is not liable for any downtime, interruption, or delay in the availability of the Service, except where caused by ITFlow’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
ITFlow does not warrant that the Service will meet all of your requirements, that it will operate in combination with any software or systems other than those explicitly supported, or that errors will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, ITFlow, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
ITFlow’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid to ITFlow in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law for guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You acknowledge that the limitations of liability set out in this section are a reasonable allocation of risk between you and ITFlow and form an essential basis of the agreement between the parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscription through the Service or by contacting ITFlow at hello@itflowapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.
ITFlow may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if ITFlow is required to do so by law.
Upon termination, all of your rights under these Terms cease immediately. You must cease all use of the Service and ITFlow may disable your account.
ITFlow will delete all Customer Data associated with your account within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law or to resolve outstanding billing matters.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including the Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law sections.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer under Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
ITFlow may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices.
When material changes are made, ITFlow will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
